The Housing and Recreational Vehicle Department will investigate complaints from manufactured and modular homeowners and owners of recreational vehicles that are not being resolved by the retailer or manufacturer. The extent to which we can assist depends upon the seriousness of the problem and which party may have caused the problem. We are unable to assist with cosmetic and appearance problems, and utility billings (and their associated disconnect/reconnect fees).
