Electric Transmission Line Information

The Commission has limited jurisdiction over the construction, operation, and maintenance of high voltage transmission lines located outside the limits of incorporated cities and villages running over, under, along, or contiguously to public highways and within prescribed distances from other facilities. Such jurisdiction is pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat §§ 75-702 – 75-724.

**NOTE** Certified mail requirements for filings regarding the 60-day notice process are required by statute and therefore not waived at this time.
