With the continuing global pandemic, the PSC will utilize this page to provide updated information and guidance related to PSC business operations.

At this time and until further notice the Nebraska Public Service Commission will no longer be accepting appointments or walk-in business. As always, you may call, email, mail or fax your information, applications or concerns to us.

PSC Meeting & Hearing Guidance

In a proactive effort and in accordance with the guidelines limiting gathering size, the PSC will be holding its meetings in a virtual setting.

Keep Nebraskans Connected Pledge

The Nebraska Public Service Commission is calling on all carriers that work to do business in Nebraska to take our PSC pledge to Keep Nebraskans Connected.

NUSF-92

The Commission has extended  NUSF-92  progression Order 10, that allows carriers to seek reimbursement for providing broadband service to low-income families in response to the COVID-19 emergency through the end of the year (Dec. 31, 2020),

PI-231 Docket

On March 24, the Commission on its own motion, opened Docket PI-231 for the purpose of responding to the state of emergency declared in Nebraska with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic.

On May 19, the Commission extended the Order.
