**Important: If you provide Pre-Paid Wireless Surcharges: These are required to be collected by retailers at the point-of-sale and are remitted to the Department of Revenue in accordance with the prepaid Wireless Surcharge. See Neb. Rev. Stat. § 86-903.

First: Always use the Reset Password link located on the Tyler Tech website: 

Second: Make sure you are the registered user setup to access the remittance system. If you are not setup as a user, you will not receive the reset password email. You can get user access by having the regulatory contact complete the 3rd party - Filer Authorization form provided on this page.
