Basic Public Safety Telecommunicator Training Course

APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator 7th Edition Training
December 2 - 6, 2019

This Basic Public Safety Telecommunicator Course meets or exceeds the American National Standards Contained in the ANSI approved Minimum Training Standard for Public Safety Telecommunicators (APCO ANS 3.101.2.20.15)

The course is ideal for training a new hire or as a refresher for existing staff covering the basic skills, knowledge, and abilities every successful public safety telecommunicator needs to meet the demands of this critical work.
