PSC Releases Statement on Nebraska Supreme
Court Keystone XL Pipeline Route Decision
Lincoln, August 23, 2019– “At this time our involvement in the
process has reached its conclusion. We respect the Supreme
Court’s decision.” –PSC Executive Director Mike Hybl.
On November 20, 2017, the PSC issued an Order approving
TransCanada’s application for route approval for the Keystone
XL Pipeline in Nebraska. The Order approved the Mainline
Alternative Route, one of three proposed routes included in
the application filed by TransCanada.
