Kapustin Honored With PSC Excellence In Leadership Award
Lincoln, October 24, 2018- The Nebraska Public Service
Commission (PSC) is proud to honor Victor Kapustin,
program analysts with its 2018 Governor’s Excellence in
Leadership Award.
Serving in the Communications/NUSF department since May
of 2017, Kapustin has made an immediate impact redesigning
and simplifying department databases and modifying agency
processes for compiling telecommunications outage
information and the handling of complaints.
“Victor is a tremendous asset to the Commission,” said Mike
Hybl, PSC executive director. “In a short period of time he has
become a subject matter expert in a number of key fields for
our agency. His willingness to work across multiple
departments and with a variety of staff is greatly appreciated.”
Kapustin was recognized during a Capitol ceremony honoring
all 2018 Governor’s Excellence in Leadership Award
recipients. A reception following the ceremony was held at
the Governor’s residence. ###
