Telecommunications Consumers who have issues with their telecommunications services, including service quality and billing, are able to initiate an informal complaint with the Commission. The Commission will work with the involved parties to reach a resolution.

TRS/NSTEP The Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) program provides access to telecommunications services and equipment (NSTEP) for individuals who are hearing, speech impaired or deaf/blind impaired.
Natural Gas Customers of jurisdictional natural gas utilities who have issues with their service, including service quality and billing, are able to contact the Commission who will work with the involved parties to reach a resolution.
Housing & Recreational Vehicle The Housing and Recreational Vehicle Department will investigate complaints from manufactured and modular homeowners and owners of recreational vehicles that are not being resolved by the retailer or manufacturer.
Transportation The Transportation Department will investigate complaints against certificated carriers regarding service quality, rates and charges, and safety, as well as investigate unlicensed and uninsured passenger carriers and movers.
