PSC Schedules Hearing In Complaint Against South Dakota Grain Dealer

PSC SCHEDULES HEARING IN COMPLAINT AGAINST
SOUTH DAKOTA GRAIN DEALER
Lincoln, December 14, 2021 – The Nebraska Public Service
Commission has scheduled a hearing for 10:00 a.m., on
Wednesday, January 5, 2022 in an October complaint
(GDC-446) filed against Banghart Properties LLC, a.k.a.
Fearless Grain Marketing Storage and Arbitrages, a.k.a.
Fearless Grain Marketing, a.k.a. Fearless Grain of Gettysburg,
South Dakota.
The Complaint alleges that Banghart operated as a grain
dealer without a license in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. §75-903
and 75-904 and by taking possession of grain without issuing
written communication compliant with Commission rules.
The above scheduled hearing will be held in the Commission
hearing room in Lincoln and via WebEx. Information on
