PSC GRAIN DEPARTMENT TO EXHIBIT
AT 2025 NEBRASKA AG EXPO
LINCOLN – The Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC)
Grain Department will host a booth at the 2025 Nebraska Ag
Expo, scheduled for Dec. 9 to 11 at the Sandhills Global
Event Center in Lincoln. It will mark the PSC’s first
appearance at the annual expo, which brings together
thousands of farmers, ranchers and ag industry professionals
from across Nebraska and the region.
The PSC’s booth will provide attendees with an opportunity to
learn more about Nebraska’s grain regulatory system and the
resources available to grain producers, warehouse operators
and dealers. PSC staff will be on hand to answer questions
and share information about licensing, compliance, bonding,
inspections, dispute resolutions and other topics.
“We play a vital role in supporting Nebraska’s agriculture
community,” said PSC Chairman Tim Schram, District 3.
“Our Grain Department helps ensure fair, transparent and
financially sound grain transactions across the state, and the
Nebraska Ag Expo is a great opportunity to connect directly
with the producers and businesses we serve.”
Terri Fritz, director of the PSC Grain Department, emphasized
the value of face-to-face interaction with industry members.
“Our goal is to be a resource that grain producers and
businesses can rely on,” Fritz said. “Whether it’s
understanding licensing requirements, grain deal protections
or warehouse oversight, we encourage anyone with questions
to stop by our booth and visit with our team.”
The expo runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 9 and 10, and 9 a.m.
to 3 p.m. on Dec. 11 – all at Sandhills Global Event Center,
4100 N. 84th St., Lincoln. Additional event details are
available at nebraskaagexpo.com.
