In the matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, hereby opens the above-captioned docket to determine the license fees for Nebraska grain warehouses and grain dealers. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 75-903 and 88-529, the Commission is directed to establish annual license fees that apply to Nebraska grain warehouses and grain dealers beginning July 1, 2027, and on or before December 1, 2026, to electronically submit a schedule of such fees to the Clerk of the Nebraska Legislature.
This hearing is subject to the Open Meetings Act.
