COMMISSIONERS SELECT LEADERSHIP POSITIONS FOR 2022
LINCOLN, TUESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2022 – Nebraska Public Service
Commissioners’ (PSC), today, Tuesday, January 11, elected
leadership positions for the coming year.
District one Commissioner Dan Watermeier will remain Chair for a
second year. District one is comprised of eight counties in
southeastern Nebraska. Commissioner Watermeier, of Syracuse,
is in the 4th year of a six-year term.
District five Commissioner Mary Ridder will serve as Vice Chair.
Elected in 2016, Ridder represents District five, which encompasses
51 counties in greater Nebraska.
Commission leadership positions are elected on an annual basis. ###
