Wireless 911 Advisory Board

The Wireless 911 Advisory Board, was created by State Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat §86-2206) to advise the PSC concerning the implementation, development, administration, coordination, evaluation and maintenance of E911 service. The advisory board is composed of nine individuals appointed by the Governor. Advisory board members are appointed for a term of three-years. The Advisory Board meets as necessary to conduct business. Meetings are held at the PSC offices in Lincoln, with at least one meeting each year held at a location outside of the Capital City.
