PSC REVOKES CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY ISSUES
            CIVIL PENALTY FOR LINCOLN CARRIER

Lincoln, December 14, 2021 – The Nebraska Public Service
Commission (PSC) has issued an Order (MCC-3198) revoking
the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity of Bus at
the Yard, d/b/a/, Luxury Limousine of Lincoln and fined the
Carrier more than $26,000.

The Order follows an October 19 hearing in which Luxury
Limousine was provided the opportunity to show cause as to
why its certificate should not be revoked. The hearing was not
attended by anyone from the company.

“This isn’t the first time that we’ve had issues with this
company for failure to comply with commission orders,”
said Commission Chair Dan Watermeier. “Despite our best
efforts to get them on track, they continue to be non-
compliant. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the public
that we revoke their certification.”

In addition to revoking their certificate of authority, the
Commission alleges Luxury Limousine operated with a
suspended authority and in violation of a cease-and-
desist order from February-through-August 2021 during
which time the company completed 49 trips. As a result,
the Commission levied a civil penalty of $26, 377.95
against the company. The fine equals the amount
received by the company for trips taken while under
suspension. ###
