SALE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Nebraska Public Service Commission is offering for sale the
following amounts of Corn and Soybeans. They are the inventory
formerly held by Union Grain Company, St. Libory, NE which closed
on April 2, 2024.

                 22,000 bushels of Corn in St. Libory, NE

                 2,700 bushels of Soybeans in St. Libory, NE                        

The bids must be made with the following conditions: FOB at
location. Destination weights and grades to apply. Bushel amounts
are approximate. Amounts to be priced at the market the day of
delivery. The Public Service Commission will not be liable for
under-deliveries. You must buy all bushels. Separate bids will only
be accepted for each commodity. The corn and soybeans are in good
condition as no quality issues have been noted.

Payment will be made to the Nebraska Public Service Commission
each Monday for the prior week’s deliveries by ACH-credit.

Load-out will begin May 15th and we anticipate completion by
May 22, 2024. Buyer agrees to supply a sufficient amount of trucks
on a timely basis, Monday through Friday to facilitate an expedited 
load-out.

Bids are the close of the market on May 14, 2024. Your bid must be
accompanied by your discount schedule.

Bids must be received by close of business on May 7, 2024, at the
PSC office in Lincoln, NE. Bids can be received by email or hand
delivered. Mail bids to the following address: Nebraska Public Service
Commission, 300 The Atrium, 1200 N St., Lincoln, NE  68508. Email

The bid winner will be announced on May 14, 2024, by Commission
