Autodialer Information
Current List of AutodialersNebraska Statutes define an automatic dialing announcing device as: "A device which selects and dials a telephone number and automatically plays a recorded message" All Autodialers placing calls into the State of Nebraska, regardless of the originating location or the content of the message, must have either obtained a permit from the Commission or registered the device with the Commission prior to beginning operation. The text of the current message must also be on file with the Commission. Refer to the complete Automatic Dialing-Announcing Devices Rules and Regulations for all of the requirements.
